Job Description

We have an exciting opportunity for a Help Desk Analyst. Work location is currently remote. Future work location can be in our Rockville, MD office or remote- anywhere in the United States.

Due to our contractual requirements and federal orders, including an Executive Order from the White House and an emergency regulation from the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), the position for which you are applying requires that you provide proof of your vaccination status. If you are unable to receive the COVID-19 vaccine for medical reasons or because of a sincerely held religious belief, you may request an exemption from the vaccination requirement which shall be reviewed after the submission of requested documentation. If an accommodation is granted, the conditions may include weekly testing and masking. All Guidehouse employees also agree to follow any additional health and safety mitigation policies that may be required in the workplace.

The proposed salary range for this position is $50,000 to $65,000. Final salary will be determined based on various factors such as geography, experience, certifications, etc.

Job Responsibilities

  • Specialists work to resolve end user community issues/questions on multiple systems (via phone, email or Live Chat) using established processes and training or escalation to Tier 3 teams.

Requirements/
Qualifications

  • High School Diploma and 5 years of experience.
  • Candidates must be able to multi-task, handle large, diverse workload and work without supervision.
  • Strong communication and computer systems skills.
  • Experience working in a customer facing or customer support position.
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust Clearance.
